I don’t know about you, but for me, winter always feels a little bit blah. My body usually feels achy with the cold weather and the short days always leave my mind feeling groggy. One of my coping mechanisms is a cup of good quality herbal tea so today I wanted to share one of my favorite brands with you and offer one lucky reader a chance to try out some fun teas!
I’ve shared Traditional Medicinals tea here on the blog before and they continue to be one of my favorite brands, especially when it comes to tea focused on women’s wellness. This tea maintains and promotes urinary tract health*, but I personally love it for its sweet and fruity taste because it combines hibiscus and cranberry together with peppermint and stevia. Yum! This blend also contains Java tea and cornsilk – herbs traditionally used to help your body remove waste and extra water through the urinary tract*.
